Review: A Brother's Honor by Brenda Jackson...5 out of 5 Rating...

A Brother's Honor
The Granger brothers left behind their family’s Virginia estate—and the bad memories it holds—years ago. But their dying grandfather’s request brings them home: to a failing business, a legacy of secrets and a deathbed promise to make things right.
As the eldest brother, attorney Jace Granger is determined to take responsibility for Granger Aeronautics, his family’s failing business. But the years of mismanagement seem impossible to untangle. As CEO, he hires a consultant to turn the company around. Smart, sexy Shana Bradford is the right person for the job—and the right woman to turn Jace’s world upside down.
But the passion between them is jeopardized when old secrets begin to emerge. A woman from Jace’s past suddenly reappears. And an explosive discovery changes everything Jace thinks he knows about his mother—and his father, who was convicted of her murder.
Jace Granger tried to leave his family history behind once before. But this time he needs to face the past…or risk losing his future.
Three brothers. One legacy. A lifetime of secrets.

I had read the blurb for My Brother’s Honor and was immediately interested in reading, so I was so excited when I was presented with the opportunity to read it for review. Even though I had heard of Brenda Jackson, I had never read any of her books.  Wow...this was another book that grabbed me right from the start and entertained me long after the final page. I cannot wait for Caden’s book next and then Dalton’s book with the hope that his heroine will be Jules!! (crossesfingers)
I was pulled into the story through Jace and Shana but got so much more than I expected with the little side stories of Ben with Mona and also Sheppard, Caden, Shiloh, Dalton and Jules. So good!!! I loved the little twist with Mona.

This was such a great story and I love Brenda Jackson’s writing style. This book had everything that I love and then some. There was romance, laughter, brotherly banter, mystery, an evil ex-wife, a playboy brother, a serious brother, a sexy hero who hums his lady to sleep *sigh*, an intelligent sweet heroine, a feisty sister and some hot sex on a desk, couch and finally a bed. :) There were so many parts of this story that I loved and will definitely be rereading this book again while I am not-so-patiently waiting for the next book. UGH...2014 is way too long of a wait!! lol

I loved Jace and Shana. They were a great couple. I loved that she was determined not to start anything with Jace even though they were attracted to each other but eventually, without a whole lot of fight, she gave into that attraction and he definitely made it worth it!! ;)

Caden and Dalton were also great characters that I instantly wanted to learn more about. They were so funny how they acted towards each other.  I just loved how Brenda wrote them.

5 out of 5 rating!!!  Definitely a keeper to be reread. Definitely looking forward to reading more from Brenda Jackson.
