Q&A with Shade and Lily of SHADE’S FALL
Lily and Shade are sitting on the couch in their new home.
Lily, a year ago, did you ever see yourself with a guy like Shade? (No offence to you Shade, but…You are the worst of the lot…hee hee) What was it about him that finally changed your mind?
“A year ago, I could not imagine that I would be attracted to a man like him. He can be a little rough around the edges when you first get to know him. I began to become attracted to Shade because of his tattoos, they told me about the man he kept hidden inside, that and the shower it was a package deal.”
Shade, what was the defining moment where you finally said “enough with the other women, I will do whatever I need to do to have her”?
“When she almost died during the robbery at Sex Piston’s shop.”
Lily, how did you deal with the jealousy over the women members of the Last Riders? (Especially that Bliss, always getting herself in trouble)
“I prayed. A lot.”
Shade, when you finally opened up to Lily about…well…everything that you hadn’t been truthful about, were you afraid that she wouldn’t be able to trust you after that, or did you know that things would work out as they did?
“I opened up and told her the truth because it was in my past, I knew she would forgive me, she is the most loving woman I have ever known. What I didn’t want was for her to find out about my past without me telling her, she expects honesty from those she loves.”
Lily, now that you are settled in your life, what are your plans? Social Worker? Still planning to run the Church store?
“Yes, I love my new job. I actually feel like I’m helping more people through the Church store. I wanted to be a Social Worker to help children in need and through the Church store I can actually help them more than I would being constrained by the government position I would hold.”
Shade, the men of the Last Riders have really thrown me for a loop a time or two, do the other men have surprises up their sleeves as well?
“I think Train may have a surprise in store for the readers.”
Lily, are you officially a member of The Last Riders? (You don’t have to share with us how you gained your votes…wink wink)
“Thanks to Shade and the IOU’s that everyone owed him, I am now a member of The Last Riders.”
Shade, have you started working on getting that baby in Lily’s belly?
Shade grins. “I don’t shoot blanks.”
Any parting words for all the Shade and Lily fans?
“My patience paid off and in the end I got the girl.” Lily smiles at her husbands words, reaching out to take his hand in hers. “I won the prize, I got the guy.”

Lily is everything Shade wants in a woman. She's sweet, kind and submissive. When she discovers the truth about The Last Riders, it threatens to tear apart every relationship within the club. Her rebellion causes the predatory instincts to rise in the ex Navy SEAL sniper.

Author Bio
“I was born in a small town in Kentucky. My family began poor, but worked their way to owning a restaurant. My mother was one of the best cooks I have ever known, and she instilled in all her children the value of hard work, and education.
Taking after my mother, I’ve always love to cook, and became pretty good if I do say so myself. I love to experiment and my unfortunate family has suffered through many. They now have learned to steer clear of those dishes. I absolutely love the holidays and my family puts up with my zany decorations.
For now, my days are spent writing, writing, and writing. I have two children who both graduate this year from college. My daughter does my book covers, and my son just tries not to blush when someone asks him about my books.
Currently I am writing four series of books- The Last Riders, The Dark Souls, The VIP Room, and Biker Bitches series. My favorite book I have written is Soul Of A Woman, which I am hoping to release during the summer of 2014. It took me two years to write, during which I lost my mother, and brother. It’s a book that I truly feel captures the true depths of love a woman can hold for a man. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I am an emotional writer who wants the readers to feel the emotion of the characters they are reading. Because of this, Teased is probably the hardest thing I have written.
All my books are written for one purpose- the enjoyment others find in them, and the expectations of my fans that inspire me to give it my best. In the near future I hope to take a weekend break and visit Vegas that will hopefully be this summer. Right now I am typing away on my next story and looking forward to traveling this summer!”

Author Bio
Cathryn Williams is the oldest and only female in a family of four children. While born on the east coast, she has lived all over the country. Her father’s job as an engineer caused the family to move throughout her entire youth. She has spent time in Texas, Idaho, and Nevada before moving back to the eastern part of the country as an adult. It was during these early years that her love of literature began, starting with Nancy Drew and growing with the Sweet Valley High series stories. This passion grew with each book and has caused her to transition into writing her own stories. Cathryn’s inspiration stems from a diverse childhood, loving family, and oversized lapdog Scarlet. When not giving life to her characters, she enjoys traveling, marathoning TV shows, and spending time with her family.
